Tuna sandwiches don’t have to be boring… try this Tuna Melt Recipe to excite your taste buds!

Tuna Melt
Ingredients
  • 5 Oz. Can Tuna, drained
  • 1/2 Cup Celery, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion, minced
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Mayo
  • Pepper To Taste
  • 3-4 Slices Bread, toasted
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat broiler or toaster oven
  2. In small bowl, mix together first 6 ingredients.
  3. Toast bread slices, and add tuna mixture and spread evenly.
  4. Top with desired amount of shredded cheese.
  5. Place back in toaster oven or broiler until cheese in melted. Serve hot.

 


Breakfast Burritos are great for any meal, not just in the morning! And this recipe is easy to make, and easy to adjust to suit your tastes.

Breakfast Burritos
Ingredients
  • Bacon, cooked and chopped
  • Eggs, scrambled
  • Tortilla Shells
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook bacon as desired, chop into bite size pieces.
  2. Cook eggs, scrambled. Once thoroughly cooked, add shredded cheese; mix till cheese is melted.
  3. Warm tortilla shell in separate pan over medium-low heat, carefully flipping to heat both sides. Once warmed, place shell on plate, add scrambled eggs, bacon and more shredded cheese if desired.
  4. Wrap burrito, serve hot.
Notes
Customize by adding sautéed peppers and onions, mushrooms, salsa or other types of cheeses!

Winter wouldn’t be the same without Tater Tot Hotdish.

Tater Tot Hotdish
Ingredients
  • 1 Lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 Medium Onion, chopped
  • 10.75 Oz. Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 10.75 Oz. Can Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 16 Oz. Package Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 16 Oz. Package Frozen Tater Tots
  • 1½ Cups Cheddar Jack Cheese
Instructions
  1. Brown the ground beef with the onion; drain off any fat.
  2. Stir in the soups, milk, and the vegetables.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a 9 x 13″ baking dish.
  4. Arrange the tater tots on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for about 30 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbly and the tater tots are brown and crisp.
  6. Sprinkle the cheese over the tater tots, return the dish to the oven, and bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
